How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Generally, orders are delivered within 3 – 60 working days. However, an extension can be made if the buyer and supplier mutually agree on a new date.

If the buyer did not receive the goods (goods still in transit) even after being shipped by the supplier, the buyer needs to contact the supplier negotiate a longer shipping period.

If the supplier has not shipped the order before the agreed date, the buyer can always contact the supplier to agree a new date; or make a Refund Request.

Do you offer a next day delivery service?
At the moment we do not offer a next-day delivery service.

Can I add to my order once it’s been placed?
Sadly not! If you’ve placed an order and missed an item, or wish to add more you’d just need to cancel it through ‘Your Account’ and place a whole new order online.

Can you deliver internationally?
Yes, we can deliver orders all over the world. International packages can take 3 – 60 working days for delivery.

My item has arrived and it’s damaged or faulty, what can I do?
In the event of faulty goods please contact us with your order number and details of the damage or faulty nature of the product.

If we are unable to replace your faulty item(s), then we will issue a full refund.

Why Didn’t I Get A Tracking Code?
Standard shipping offers great low rate shipping, however orders under $50 using standard shipping will not have a tracking code.

Is Shipping Included in The Prices?
No, you need to use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order. Please put the desired item in your shopping cart, and then click to the check out page. Then you can find shipping prices for different shipping services.

How Do I Get My Order Status?
You can find out about your order’s status in your account page.
